I am here I promise. In the last month I have run a marathon then traveled out of country and started a new sport. Not to mention my job which has me working 12-15 hours a day. I miss writing in my blog and I have an update for St. George that I'm just itching to get out on the board. I will get it out this week. Please look for it by Saturday. I also have some thoughts on the Chicago, Marine Corps and upcoming New York marathons.
